TJ Jourian

T.J. Jourian is a Middle Eastern Armenian, queer, and trans recovering academic, aspiring writer, and orange cat dad (his cat Bella is the orange one, not him). Born in Beirut and raised in Cyprus, he’s a twice-over immigrant who blends in more than he’d like. To keep himself and Bella fed and housed, T.J. wears many hats: independent scholar, consultant, coach, and trainer with 20+ years in social justice education and advocacy, and over a decade in research and assessment. His practice centers trans and queer people of color, partnering with educational institutions, nonprofits, companies, and member-based organizations to move toward equity with courage, integrity, and creativity. He finds deep meaning in supporting changemakers who seek to lead impactful, connected, and whole lives. And if you’re ever in need of a long, boring list of his publications in APA format—he’s got you covered.

Travis Stock

I’m a former social worker turned coach who helps individuals, couples, and teams explore deeper authenticity, connection, and leadership. My approach is rooted in emotional awareness and experiential learning—often through Equus Coaching, where horses offer immediate, nonjudgmental feedback that helps people see themselves more clearly and reconnect with inner truth.
While I work with people from all walks of life, a central focus is supporting men in untangling outdated stories of masculinity. I help men develop emotional range, relational depth, and purpose that feels self-defined rather than socially prescribed.
I also host The New Masculine podcast, which brings together voices from around the world to “disrupt outdated models of masculinity in service of new ways forward for men.” Ultimately, my work helps people release external definitions of success and rediscover what becomes possible when they’re truly in right relationship with themselves.
